See how fast he came up to the Ref to make the call and looked like he just wanted to kill Romo for backing up what he just did..

Seemed like a New Yorker to me.

I could clearly see out of his mouth:

"Yeah, throw the flag." (Motions the flag throwing)
They throw the flag.
"Ohhh yeah" sarcastically after throwing his hand in disgust

Inexcusable call. More BS reffing. That was not intentional grounding by rule.

That ref should have been fired immediately. He was probably promoted.
