Does anyone have access to statistics that show how many carries Murray had in the second half versus how many times we threw the ball? All other issues aside, that is where this game was lost.

Nah, wasn't bad. Murray was still breaking off big runs. Our Oline can't pass protect. Totally inept as pass protection.

Murry gets 8 yards on first down in overtime. and you throw 3 straight passes. makes no sense. you get the first down first. then you can throw a pass on first down. the playcalling was just bad. this is a game you can't lose. cowboys lost to a bad team tonight.

Schooled this game. Skins had sacks from all levels of defense. They mixed it up and dictated what we did.

Abandoning the run was a huge mistake.

I saw maybe 1 screen the entire game and Murray got good yardage out of it. It was practically man coverage and we had no answer for it.

No idea what was going on. Not max protection when blitzing was being spammed, passing on 2nd and 2, when Murray was playing well.

We needed to pass it to Dez, deep, and high, in those blitz situations, max protect, and launch it. Let him make a play, or draw PI. Horrible adjustments.

Still Romo's line checks, Murray's missed assignments, and O-Line got schooled. Bottom Line.

Murray gets 8 on first down then three straight pass plays, enough said. In fairness to Linehan, there is no doubt that Romo checked out of at least one run play there. Romo had a hoooooorrreendous night, linehan not much better

Looks like they just got away from what made them successful. Up imaginative routes except for the TD. No Dunbar out of the back field to counter the blitzes. All of the routes on blitzing downs were in the same area so that three could cover 4. Decision not to run on 3rd down late in the game.

Whatever. It'll get better.

I just dont understand how the entire world knows the only chance the Commanders had was blitzing. Failing to gameplan or adjusy boggles my mind.

5 for 12 on 3rd down [41%] 4 rushes for first down...the Commanders had 5...the Cowboys should have had double that.
