are whats killing this team and stopping us from being great. The bad part is Wade phillips is bad at teaching the little things that are killing us. Instead of making the players accountable he say "The penalities are on me, you all just go out there and play football" after i saw that i was shocked and knew we will never get this penalty situation fixed until we get a new head coach.

If Jerry wanted a good defensive coach why didn't he get rex ryan who was still in baltimore at the time. He is sort of a players coach but is also a tough guy who tells it how it is not sugar coat everything like wade. We are a laughable team under wade. I even laugh when I see the mistakes and penalties going on because its just comical.

Can somebody please hypnotize wade into a better coach or something so i don't have to watch the cowboys play against theirselfs every game.....its getting heartbreaking watching our team finding away to lose.
