No loss is good.

Deal with it and learn from it, but don't say a loss is good.

We lost to an NFC team - you never know down the line how this will impact playoff seeding.

So no, it's not good. Losing is never good unless you are attempting a tank job for a generational talent.

We just lost to a team with essentially a street free agent at QB. Nothing good can be spun from that.

We have the same (on field) problem we've had for years. A QB that can't be trusted. When they get in the redzone and the field gets squeezed, Prescott is too inaccurate to win. If the running game isn't dominant, we're in trouble. We have enough good players to look good at times, and Dak has his moments.

No doubt the team was on an emotional low after Diggs' injury, but yesterday was a harbinger of what's to come. The Cowboys will beat some teams, and Micah's so good we'll probably make the playoffs. But with such an obvious flaw, we're no match for a good team when the pressure's on.

As we got closer to this weekend, I felt less confident about a sure win. For one, the cardinals aren't a bad team. They are top 40 percent of teams, at least, in my book. And that defense is pretty good.

That said, if we are who we said we are, we should have been able.to beat them.

Diggs out takes away our chances of being undefeated this year.

That's all it does. We had about 1.5 percent chance to go undefeated this year. Not very likely, but not completely impossible. If all three chips fell in the right place, the Cowboys could have been undefeated.

Diggs got hurt, that brings your chances to .25. Not because Diggs is the best ever. You just need to cover your backside 90 percent of the time, if you're ever going to go undefeated.

Let's be real tho. Diggs may not be the best ever. But he does fall in the category of great.

But even the best teams lose games.

The smartest people lose at whatever it is they do the best.

They learn from it. They makes sure whatever beat them doesn't beat them again, ateast not by the same manner and means the element that beat you last time . . . Not by the same manner and means....

We're a good team.

Are we the best? The best teams play as a team together. They get on the same page as a team and forget about the individual accolades. They win as a team. Don't let the individual losses hirt you. Use them as stepping stones not to get beat.

After those first two tough wins, we came in versus Arizona a little cocktail even with our 3/5thths of our offensive line out we should have beaten them.

Wr didn't.

Just don't let that happen again and that's one less way they can beat us.

You can't control everything. But you can come in and control the tempo, the narrative and the pace of the game. That is, if you're playing with the right energy. And if you're not, then you'll be susceptible to defeat.

Just like all of us our human. Teams are made of humans I usually find myself on the humans and do my best to relate with the so called least among us. Do I find myself in that group? Probably not as much as I think about what I can do to at least not have the least.

We can't dictate what the opposition was. But you can get a feel of what it takes to beat the highest opposition possible, if you face the highest opposition.

The most worthy opponents treat every victory same as defeat.

A loss only makes you better, if you allow it.

Sometimes a loss is a win, and a win is loss. Let this be that, and it's all good.

17 games...
Nope. Not buying it.

I admire your effort to make things FEEL better. We gotta take this one like a grown up not make Santa stories.

I literally posted last night that if the fans or team came up with a knew lame mantra (this loss is good for us) to replace last week's lame mantra (Micah is like a scary LION...walking around only growling LOL) that we were in trouble and prime for another upset.

This loss was not good.. .it was stupid and harmful. But....if they start doing the right things now 1 blown game can be overcome

I agree.

In the NFL it’s so week to week. Teams look dead one week (Bills) and then all world the following weeks (Jags, Ravens etc).

Sounds like another silver lining thread. Lol Nothing good comes from losing to a team that we were favored by two TDs against, who many thought was the worst in the league.

Arizona had more rushing yards. They had 222 yards. Their OL dominated the game. Teams who give up 200+ rushing yards win less than 13% of the time. We were also called for 13 penalties. You can’t win playing like this!
Yeah They outgained Us, My bad, I read the stat wrong. Nobody said we were going to go 20 - 0 So we lost a game, whoop dee do. Of course you can't win playing like this. My confidence is that we won't. Look I realize the need for some to vent, some to troll and everything in between, but c'mon man . It was a perfect storm of incompetence, Bad play calling, flat performances, totally lame strategy, Injuries, not being prepared and team that has got our number (we are 1-7 vs the Cardinals)

Those that are my Cowboys Brethren- It's just our time to eat the Kraperito.

To those who want to Troll, Do you.

It's A long season, I trust GOD will sort ya'll out

I feel like last season's divisional playoff game LOSS was good for us.

We needed a wakeup call.

We are very, very sleepy....and just keep hitting SNOOZE....so all these wakeup calls are awesome
