I’m listening to yesterdays Lunch Break and they pretty much called out Jerry Jones.

I’m shocked!

Calling out JJ is a waste of emotional currency and it is futile. When will people learn that an actual strong coach is the only hope we have for the foreseeable future? Lets focus on things that can change and not things that are permanently entrenched in this organization (due to narcissism, incompetence and nepotism). I will always be a Dallas Cowboys fan, but I am honestly frustrated with and totally dissapointed in this generation of Cowboys players. I can't wait for this generation (Witten, Romo, Ware, Hatcher, and of course, Jason Garrett) to exit. Yes, they have great individual numbers, but they have totally failed at propelling the team to anymore than just mediocre status (good for them, Ware, Witten, enjoy your HOF). They have been a source of dissapointments; some highs and extreme lows. To put it even more bluntly, they have been the epitome lovable losers. I am so damn tired of this mediocre standard that has invaded the Dallas Cowboys. I cannot possibly express how ready I am ready to move on.... SO READYI

To me you’ll never get a strong coach in Dallas (or at least he’ll never get the opportunity to be one) if Jerry doesn’t drastically change his ways.

So to me you have as much chance of Jerry stepping down as you have a strong coach in Dallas.

Can you tell us how you really feel?

People keep saying that nothing will change until we hit JJ's pocketbook....I can't ever see that happening....IMO, the only real change would come if all media decided he was irrelevant and stopped allowing his narcissistic tendencies to get stroked by letting him on the radio and TV so much....of course, THAT is the opposite of what the media wants...they want to interview him as often as he wants because it gives them headlines, and thus, keeps their jobs intact......

....JJ as GM + lack of coaching (because the GM won't hire a legit football guy) + no desire from the team (they have given up, I said that weeks ago) = Loser mentality...

...I love the Cowboys and always will, but my God it would be nice to stroll into work on a Monday/Tuesday after a win instead of after an embarrassing loss....
