Mandalorians are a fictional race of people from the planet Mandalore in the Star Wars science fiction franchise created by George Lucas. First conceptualized for The Empire Strikes Back as a group of white-armored "supercommandos", the idea developed into a single bounty hunter character, Boba Fett. Although the term "Mandalorian" is never used in the films, the popularity of Boba Fett inspired an extensive number of works about Mandalorians in the Star Wars expanded universe, also known as non canon Legends.

Oh crap, it's a streaming series! That's too bad, it looks a lot grittier than most Star Wars stuff.

Bill Burr? Mandalore has a comedy club? Coooooool.

Anyone know if they're going to follow the Netflix and Amazon model of releasing the first season in it's entirely or be more like HBO and them out one at a time?

Wow, Nick Nolte. Cool to see him in this.
Just watched "Angel has Fallen" and Nolte had a supporting role. Won't say anything more about the movie or his role (don't want to spoil anything), but... time has not been kind to him. I remember when he was regarded as Hollywood pretty boy.

Did you ever catch his mug shot when he got arrested? He looked like a Rob Zombie pretty boy.

Yeah, that's exactly what I thought when he first appeared in the movie - mug shot
Robert Redford was another pretty boy, he was Brad Pitt in The Chase before Brad Pitt was Brad Pitt in Thelma and Louise. I prefer to see a man age like Redford and Eastwood rather than get some freakish face lift. Those guys have lines of character in their faces.

I may have peed a little...

Glad to see Ming-Na Wen will play a role in the show.

Ya, that "down&out in Beverly Hills " tag on his rear bumper, kinda' caught up&zoomed right on past him,huh?:lmao2:

* Man, have you noticed the mangled mug after the extensive plastic surgery on Micky Rourke?,,,WHEW!
*
I got a flick of him playing the role of Satan in a Danny Trejo " Dead in Tombstone " western

Copy that! Hit send before I actually had a thought - happens more often these days.

:muttley:

Yeah, Mickey Rourke looks nothing like he did 20 years ago. His best movie, in my humble opinion, was The Wrestler
