Oh yeah, Weis would leave ND to coach the Cowboys. Because as we all know, working for Jerry Jones is soooooooooo much better than having the best college coaching gig in America.

Weis doesn't coach at USC :D

"We're not worthy! We're not worthy!"

He's not doing anything but languishing at Fox anyway, right?

I wouldn't rule him out completely. Hell, if Parcells and Gibbs can come back surely Jimmy can. The only thing I see that prevents it from happening is the way the Jimmy/Jerrah relationship ended.

Jerrah has too much pride and Jimmy won't tolerate the way Jerrah interferes with the coaching decisions.

You know the biggest fact that is lost about Holmgram? His home winning record. In Green Bay they took that one a long way.. And now I see he just had/has another long one going in Seattle. Those home games are a must and nobody gets that better then Mike.

I was actually just saying watching the game last night about the possibilty of Holmgram being our next coach with a packer fan. Though I was looking at the possiblity because I know he was considerablly high on our list right after Bill. In fact wasn't he next in line? Or was that Dennis Green? Anyway, he was there.

My first choice is Little Tuna...Charlie

Jerrah can afford to buy out his contract.
maybe Little Tuna should beat someone besides Purdue and the Coast Guard first.

First off, not too many pro coaches out there who really excite me all that much. Ken Weisenhunt you say????Baaaaaaaaa, another Chan Gailey Imo. Jeff Fisher????WHY, whats he done? Fishers a good coach to be sure, but to me he's another Marty Shottenheimer, get you only so far and thats IT...ALA Drew Bledsoe. I dont want to be a solid team year in year out, I want superbowls........PERIOD. Listen, if there was one head coach you could pick to groom and guide a young qb "Romo", who would it be??? Without a doubt............MIKE HOLMGREN! He's never failed grooming a QB. NEVER. Montana, Young, Favre, Brunell, Hasselback. Proven track record. Add to that the fact that Jerry has stated openly his respect and manlove...LOL for mike in the past a time or 2. Contracts can be bought out. If BP does leave after this year........Holmgren is the perfect fit. Besides, he's been to 3 superbowls and won two, lost the other by the slimmest of margins. "Yeah, yeah, I know the steelers beat the Hawks last year but ANYBODY who watched that game KNOWS the Hawks got Jobbed by the refs....BIGTIME!............:bang2:
When did Shotty ever lead his team to the SB? And for the record, which coach do you think groomed and guided a young, raw, Alcorn St.- QB named Steve McNair back in the day? YUP, that would be Jeff Fisher.....
