We Cowboys fans are more than disappointed. We expect our team to play its best every game and win, especially in the playoffs. We hate losing and seldom admit that the other team was just better.

But the media is just ridiculous. They spent all week talking about how physical SF was, how their run game and short passing game to extend the run game played into our weaknesses and removed much of our defense’s strength….turnovers. They talked all week about the SF defense that would shut down our run game easily because they are very good at run defense and we haven’t been good. They pointed out how SF gets pass rush from 4 guys and doesn’t need to blitz, keeping 7 guys in coverage. It wasn’t just Bosa, but their DTs pushing the pocket back, making QBs uncomfortable. Most in the media looked at all of the things they talked about, the smallest possible point spread for a team at home, and most of them picked SF to win the game.

Now, suddenly this morning, it’s all about Dallas giving the game away, The huge disappointment, heads will roll! Again, We fans will always feel this way, but hearing it from the media who had pointed out that SF was better on both lines and more physical suddenly seeing our loss as shocking is so annoying.

Well, they kind of did give the game away. You cut those penalties in half, say to only 6 or so, the Cowboys have a good shot of winning (only to get exposed probably in the next game or game after that).

I also laugh at how the media complains about Cowboys being overhyped. Who does the overhyping? The media.

A lot of media said the Niners would win and some folks here got mad and/or laughed at them. Turns out those media were correct.

They talk out of both sides of their mouth. The 49ers have been a tough matchup for everybody they've played for the past two months and all of a sudden the Cowboys should be embarrassed.

To be honest the 49ers should be mad at this. They outplayed the Cowboys, but the media is trying to spin it as if the only reason for the outcome was Dallas' own mistakes.

The media was correct, but now they are backtracking. They want to point at the Cowboys' ineptness as the only reason for yesterday's outcome.

Did the Cowboys make too many mistakes? Yes. But the 49ers were simply better. The media wants to spin it both ways.
