The media's "most dangerous" floating title

The words of the "media" have exactly as much credence as we choose to give them.

The tale will be told on Sunday and not a minute before.

What media is shortchanging us?

None that I've seen, personally. Though our fans keep talking about it. I think we have a bit of a short-term inferiority complex re: GB somehow, since they have a more recent Superbowl win and after 2014.

The media is actually picking us. Chris Carter did on the Herd today and there were several articles ( bleacher report) that had the Cowboys over Greenbay. Turned on the radio 105.3, same thing. On undisputed, Shannon picked Greenbay but Skip picked the boys. Idk what people are talking about!?

Can we get a "media hates us/we get no respect thread?" There's just too much of this.

More importantly, it's not even really that true. I'm sorry, but the last time I checked Cowboys are 4 points favorites against Green Bay. To me that's about right.

When it comes to respect/media hates us you just can't lump everything into 1 bucket. There's a segment of media that's main job is to actually break down the game and provide match up advantages. If you take a look and it's pretty much 55/45 saying Dallas has the advantage. Which again, to me sounds about right.

Now if you look at the other segment of "media;" the debaters, then yeah I agree it's more GB sided. But that's because they know the reaction (50 posts of media hates us). I just wish I could go on cowboyszone and not see 5 threads of disrespect threads.
Not at all trying to be snarky, but I bypass threads all the time that either don't interest me or have already been beat to death. If the thread subject bothers you, simply don't open it. Try it! It works for me. :)

Green Bay didn't smoke the Giants. The Giants beat themselves (dropped TD passes) and in the end just sort of gave up.
That give up coincided with loss of DRC. Once that occurred it easy pickings for AR. But there's not a lot of discussion about how critical that loss was to their pass D. Bigger than GB losing Nelson in my view.

I mean, it's the playoffs. Rodgers is still Rodgers. We have no playoff experience and we have rookies starting at QB and RB. Which is why everyone is saying we will lose. 13-3 means nothing now.

I'll help you out by stealing a couple of gems from Rodgers.

Relax. We are going to run the table from here to Houston.

We will reclaim our crown as the best of the NFL.
Just moments after we lift the Lomardi Trophy, they will begin
saying we might repeat next year.

Exactly, the game ended on that Hail Mary at the half. The Hail Mary that absolutely no Giants' defenders even pretended to try and stop. It's like they didn't take it seriously and then happened and emotionally they couldn't recover. It seemed like the Giants defense was defeated from that point on. That play changed the game IMHO. Packers won't get plays like that against us.

Everyone will be wrong. It's just a matter of hours.
