-Short term the best hire for this team will be Mike Holmgren. Tony needs a QB coach before his career is over.

-After watching Barber go down and Felix yet to prove he can stay healthy week to week does anyone else get the feeling Choice is going to lead this team in rushing?

-Eight 1st round picks and two 2nd round picks on defense huh?

-two games, 0 turnovers, 0 sacks

-Anyone see Michael Bennett, Epic fail on Garrett's part.

-Hey Wade, don't ever let them see you sweat or if you do, at least get a towel.

-I wonder after how many games Packers fans felt about Favre like we do about Romo?

Against Philly in Dallas last year. I was hoping for a repeat. Kept waiting for D WARE to get a huge sack or something...

...and Peyton Manning? Dan Marino? John Elway? It took those guys a long time to win a Super Bowl, of course, Marino never did, and in Manning's case, six years "just" to win a single playoff game.

Rarely did the above guys lose games pretty much all on their own.

Romo can be really good, but when he is bad he is just God-awful. Right now, he doesnt even remotely deserve mentioning with the greats of all time.

It's why I really believe Holmgren is the right coach for this team short term. Let's face it, Parcells and Phillips are not exactly known for being QB coaches. I really believe Garrett and Romo are a toxic chemical reaction. A coach that cant dial it down and a QB prone to make mistakes unless you do just that.

Jerry made his own bed in his new house as it were, by hiring and then not firing Wade, his pretend coach. It's kind of funny how Jerry sets himself up for these epic failures in such a public way. There is clearly a lot of talent on this team (although less than last season) and it's a shame that a strong coach can't come in and lead them effectively. We've left more on the table than any other team in the NFL during the Wade era.

That's the sick feeling I get, the window of opportunity is closing and Wade is stuck in it.
