I'll admit, I wanted to play Detroit this weekend bc, based on a couple weeks ago, I believed are chances of advancing to the NFC Championship game was considerably better against the Lions. Now that we know we'll have a second chance to avenge our 2014 playoff loss against Green Bay, my previous hopes is null n void. Aaron Rodgers is a seasoned SB veteran that seems to be on fire. Of course, we beat this team earlier in the year, but they looked like a totally different team. Good news though, so do the Dallas Cowboys. That said, I personally believe it's imperative that fans show up LOUD come Sunday. Our '12th' man has to make It difficult on Rodgers, much like we did against the last Commanders game. We have demonstrated as fans we CAN do this , so let's get 'em!! Who's with me?

The most important piece isn't the crowd. Great quarterbacks can tune out the crowd. The most important piece is A PASS RUSH!!!

A pass rush makes even great quarterbacks look average. See what the Giants did to the great Tom Brady twice in the Super Bowl - kept him under 20 points in both games.

We simply CANNOT do what the Giants did and allow Aaron Rodgers to sit in the pocket, call his significant other, order dinner reservations and call the florist to deliver flowers before they get to the restaurant. He had simply too much time in the pocket. We MUST make him uncomfortable.

We do this, and we win.

This game will be won on defense. Irving, you're up, son. Don't be a flash-in-the-pan.

I would add we need Dez catch about 10 passes and 2 TDs to win this game.

He can not be a no show.

He has a history of fading in big games.

Dez needs to be a big boy and step up.

Cowboys need to Run the ball effectively and pass rush.
Yes that and TOP will be very important as well to keep Rodgers and his offense off the field and turnovers and penalties will be a definite no no against a very good GB team right now.

Lol.. no debate here because I agree with your sentiments, but hoping for our DL to suddenly get after the QB is wishful thinking. We've got some young guys starting to look legit, but Greenbays OL is very respectable themselves. Besides, the conversation about our pass rush is a broken record. Our DL is what it is at this point and we can't change that.
I was purely pointing out something I feel can be changed this game. And trust me when I tell ya, crowd noise makes a huge difference. Seattle fans have made a living proven this point. Sure Aaron will still be good, but if the crowd can effect audible calls at the line, pump up the defense, and the Offensive consequently feeds off this emotion.. it'll be a long day for the Packers.

With all due respect, if our defense can't get to Aaron Rodgers, aint enough crowd noise in the world is going to help us win this game.

Teams practice for crowd noise. And the best quarterbacks play the game on anticipation, i.e., knowing where their receivers need to be and delivering the ball to that spot.

If you truly believe the Cowboys' defensive line getting pressure on Rodgers is "wishful thinking," I hope you haven't purchase tickets to the Super Bowl or made reservations unless you want to see another team. No pass rush means Aaron Rodgers will slice, dice and quarter this defense and that means the NFC Championship won't be played in Dallas.

The crowd will be loud. Super loud. It's always been really loud for the playoff games.

What? You want us to treat him as if he's a rookie playing in his first playoff game? ;)
No, but I want people to quit acting like he's the best QB of all time. How many points did they score in the first half? Exactly. The Giants couldn't keep them off the field; we will.

He's playing right now so, of course, we're going to be concerned about him rather than Joe Montana.
And what exactly should we be saying about him, that he's your average Joe?
Regardless of his first-half performance, he led the Packers to victory, and he's/they're our next opponent. We're merely paying respect to him, and rightly so.

Let's don't forget. They have to stop us too. Somehow now they're a "different team". The D is the same and we have Dez back. We should be ok.
