Was the Priest guilty or not?

I say no.

My wife said he was guilty. I said he wasnt. I said he resigned because he did not want to go thru the public relations hit he would have. MY wife said he resigned because he was guilty. I was disappointed with the movie. I would have liked a resolution to it. Kind of a bummer ending....And a downer too.

I agree.

I thought most of the movie was going to go through the entire process of the Priest trying to prove his innocence.

The only thing I am confused about his the blonde boy who was happy the Priest was leaving and really didn't like him touching him.
