I think it could be good if they really lean into the ironic, comedic aspect. Like a surrealist comedy.

A lot of people are being ****** about this movie but I think it looks fantastic. Can't wait!

I think a lot of the criticism is valid. My family saw it while out of town. My wife is an English teacher that has been teaching The Odyssey for 30 years. She said it was terrible. My adult children hated it, as did the two people that went to see it with them.

I think they are very much in the minority. It has one of the highest rotten tomatoes scores ever. People are raving about it.

And I hope you end up liking it...but if you go into just the viewer reviews, the amount of negative reviews, as opposed to the positive reviews, do not coincide with a 97% approval rating. There's something fishy there. But hey, everyone has their own taste. I hope you love it.
