The New Orleans Saints Stat They Showed Was THE WORST...

...thing I've read all season. I had no idea that our December record the past 10 years ties us with the the NO Saints from '69-'79 as the all-time worst December record over a 10 year period of time.

Do you realize those are the Saints of my childhood?! The Aints?! The Aints originated the fans with the paper sacks on their heads and we are tied with them for worst record over a decade in the month of December.

I was shocked at that statistic and it opened my eyes once and for all that, (post-Jimmy Johnson), there is something fundamentally flawed with the way Jerry runs the entire Cowboy organization.

Hey, every few years, we have a new, useless, clueless, sockpuppet coach for us to quit on. Only in the last couple years have we really had the right to expect a winning December. Before that - who the hell is going to play hard for 6-10 Dave Campo? Or Gailey? Or Switzer? Or Wade?

That stat in a nutshell=the greatness of Jerry Jones! This era of Cowboys will out lose that Saints era, I see no end in sight as long as Jethro owns this franchise and he won't change either IMO.

Those Aints teams were awful (didn't you just love the paper bag mask their fans wore), although I did enjoy watching Archie Manning play. He was very entertaining and good at improvising but always seem to come up short on the scoreboard (sounds like another QB I know). Always thought Archie deserved better than he got.................
