I'm kind of thinking our season was decided in the off season pretty much right after the Green Bay game and McCarthy was not fired.

That set the tone for the misery we are going through and what will continue.

Dan Quinn left and took our depth with him now he has built a team and is no doubt going to beat the brakes off of us this year in his first year as head coach with Washington

We have nobody that can prepare the team and get them to play hard business decision makers lazy route runners poor scheme it all starts with the coaching and front office

Dallas is extremely fortunate they will get to face San Fran's 2nd team offense, but will it be enough?

Honestly anything better than 0-5 would surprise me.

If we go 0-5

Multiple people should lose their job ....... players, coaches, trainers, front office people.

Now we all know it wont be who deserves it ........ but heads need to roll.

Could be, and the fan base will rejoice for finally beating the 49ers, but the simple truth is that the 49ers are just as bad as the Cowboys.
It's a 50/50 game and can go either way.
The schedule gets much more difficult after the 49ers, they are the easier team on schedule.

Not sure itll take 5 weeks, I think we have a very good understanding of this teams chances after Sunday. If they can pull out a W against even a beat up SF team I'll be impressed. Another loss and I think itll be safe to say its over for 2025, despite only being a game under 500. It'll be their 3rd conference loss so the WC tiebreaker would be a longshot. It also likely leaves them 2-2.5 games back of the division, which would still leave them some hope given that they still play both Washington and Philly twice, but it really looks like they would have to sweep both teams, or at very least go 3-1 to have a real chance.

Yes, well that's not happening, anyone that thinks this team is capable of any type of success probably until Carolina and that's even a maybe need to get their eyes checked.
We can lose every game left on the schedule and the stat lovers will still claim that Dak played great.

I think that will be what bothers me most if Dallas manages to win this game against a crippled SF squad. No Dallas fan should beat their chests should Dallas win this game, but we all know some fans will be screaming from the mountain tops like Dallas just won the super bowl.

I would prefer Dallas were facing all of their starters because a win under these circumstances is only going to provide false hope to Jerry's merry band of lemmings.

If you asked me last week, I would say 1 in 4 at best. However, I give us an outside shot of beating San Francisco, just because they are so banged up demoralized after losing a huge game and we've had a couple weeks to rest and add a few wrinkles.
So I'll go with 2 - 3 and probably be wrong LOL.
That said, if a poor showing happens with San Francisco, Mike is down the road and then everything may change.

3rd team offense could beat us, if they run at us, and if they make the small plays that we lapse on with our defense! It doesn't take much to beat us

I agree completely. Watching that game then pretending it never happened is madness. I would however go further than just MM. The core players needed to be purged. Everyone just comes back on the same contracts or massive new deals. No coaching chance in the world was going to change the culture without a purge of the players.

There's some days I value you more than you even know, PLEASE keep this post on deck, we win and people start gloating about us, we can shut them down with this because we know the cowboys will let us down eventually lol

after that Lions game... I can see them maybe beating NYG (Thanksgiving) and Carolina.

the rest of the schedule (based on how they played vs Detroit) looks like a lot of pain

I'm going to play Devil's Advocate here and see if anything can work in our favor.

49ers: Brock Purdy is a very average QB without his weapons. 9 TD's to 7 INT's is nothing to be happy with. The 49ers are suddenly a shark with no teeth. I can see us winning this game.

Falcons: For all the hype the Falcons received during the offseason, the results are not there. They will win their division by default now that Tampa lost their receivers. They were lucky to barely beat the Eagles despite a 9-3 penalty ratio in their favor and Sirianni's stupid play calling. They needed OT to beat the Saints. Their best offensive output was against the wretched Panthers. Cousins is basically an older Dak, except Dak wins more. Cousins has a 10-7 TD/INT ratio so far. I won't be surprised if we win this game.

Eagles: If Hurts ever fixes his footwork, he will become a damn good QB. The Eagles are an enigma. They have one of the most talent-laden rosters in the league. led by an inconsistent QB and a douchy-faced HC that can make a poor decision on any given play. They should be 5-1. Since his 2 INT game against the Packers, Hurts has only thrown two INT's. Mailata and Goedart may still be out for this game, and their replacements are rather meh. If we can cover AJ Brown and Smith, and limit the damage Barkley can do.....oh, and Dak almost always plays well against the Eagles. But I'll be surprised if we win.

Texans: Stroud is the real deal but the Texans have lapses at times. No need for details. I don't see us winning this game.

Commies: Quinn has done wonders in Washington with his roster, but the Commies schedule has been on the weak side. Still, one doesn't get to 5-2 by accident. If we had a run game I could see us taking this one. Daniels looks legit, but he is still a rookie, and rookies make mistakes. He takes care of the ball well in the offense, with a 6-2 TD/INT ratio. I don't believe he has fumbled yet either. Heck, Washington as a team has only lost one fumble all year. I know he's injured now, but will be back in a few weeks and ready to play against us. I'm 50-50 on this one, only because we'll be playing a rookie QB.

I can see us winning two games, probably losing two others, and losing one for certain.

Best case scenario: 3-2. More likely scenario: 2-3 or 1-4. 1-4 and 0-5 and we should just tank for a pick.
