I honestly want to keep wade and just replace Stewart. Wade is 17-7 no matter what anybody says thats pretty good in this league, right now things are not all that good but i have faith in my team.

I would love to Keep Wade as a DC.....Capers...Nolan are no better....and the aggressive DC in this league I like.....wont be leaving their teams anytime soon.

I think this team just needs some leaders.....a Irvin ....Haley type player......Parcells act grew thin here IMHO....so I dont know if we need that type of coach here.

I really think Romo needs to step up.....he is the face of the team.....the media would trash Owens if he tried to become the leader here....maybe Witten?

On defense....where is Ellis? Isnt Zach been here long enough to take a hold of this defense?....Hamlin? .....We know Roy Williams (SS) will never be one..

I would make my next head Coach for our Dallas Cowboys DC of the Giants Steve Spagnuolo. Dave Campo DC, and switch our defense back to 4-3 ware always belong.
