I know the Giants and Skins sputtered this year but both franchises will right the ship and be back on track with new head coaches and/or players. The Eagles look set to be even better...
which brings us to the Cowboys, we may still have Wade assuming we make it to the playoffs and win a game .......or we will have a big name coaching hire coming too
either way it may be an even tougher division to play in next year than this year. I just hope the schedule makers don't give us the Skins, Giants, Saints and Eagles in back to back weeks in Dec.....

I don't see Coughlin going anywhere. He's a good coach who has dealt with adversity before. The Commanders can only get better with Bruce Allen in charge. Don't be surprised to see Gruden there. I really don't know what Jerry will do next year. As for our schedule, we will likely see our division foes in December, like we do most years. Whoever is coaching, I just want to see fewer mental errors in any given game.

I think it's hard to predict what will happen week to week, much less year to year.A team can start off hot only to falter down the strectch.Injuries and depth play a large role in how a season plays out as well.Look at how everyone thought Dallas was going to be the champs in 2008,that didn't end so well did it?

the point was how all the experts say that the NFC East is the hardest division to play in and having said that, it looks like next year will be in even tougher for any team to be favored to win the division

I'll assume by "experts", you mean me. Yes, I think next years NFC East will be challenging.

:laugh2:

I think there are two or three thousand self proclaimed experts on this site. Of course I am counting myself in that number.

Its a bit premature to already look into next season but let's be real here. The Deadskins have brought in new coaches. Have brought in Pro Bowl talent and still have nothing to show for it. I wouldn't worry about what other teams in the division did IMO. Eagles will be a year older which will make them better but I don't see any team in the division becoming the Patriots of '07.
