The Offense has been carrying the Defense, Now D must carry the Offense

If ever the defense was needed it is now. With Zeke and Bailey (hopefully temperately) gone about half of the offensive points are missing. I'm guessing that those 30 point games are gone, and 17 to 24 will be the norm. The wins will come if the defense can hold the other team to 14 to 17 points. The schedule says that this possibility is not good. Can it be that 8-8 is a reasonable estimate for this team?

Lol, actually they haven't carried us to any wins, so I'm not sure what this thread means... The 4 games we've won this year were because of the defense in the games against the Giants/Cardinals/49ers/, and Sunday was a combination of defense and special teams.. Offense was there for the 49ers win as well, so all good, but have yet to carry them to any victories.
