And I mean everything.

...Romo's interception was a direct results of Romo rushing his throws off pressure.

...the rushing game getting nothing going was a direct result of the o-line opening no cutback lanes and no lanes to begin with.

...the horrible pass blocking was the culprit for the vast majority of Romo's mistakes, including both fumbles. I know he dropped 'em on his own, but if he wasn't scrambling around buying time, there'd be no issue in the first place.

Romo's good on the run, but he's 10x better in the pocket. If we had the offensive line, I really believe we'd be NFC East champs right now. And they've played better, so maybe there's hope for the playoffs.

You know, that's what happens when you draft a TE in the 2nd round when a starting quality OT was available.

I'm still scratching my head.

The INT was a miscommunication on the route according to Tony's press conference.

I think as it pertains to the running game it's more of a concern. We just flat cant establish one.

At least in the passing game Romo can buy a lil extra time.

Whats weird is it seems to break down just as much even when we keep extra guys in. Cause of that I actually hope we go to more 3 and 4 WR sets because Romo actually is pretty good at finding the open guy... when there is one.

Too many times as of late theres been long stretches where Glenn and TO are non-factors.. perhaps due to double teaming. And if the only other option in the patterns in Witten, well while he has good hands it's not like it's always easy for him to get seperation.

Good point. I forgot being frustrated by this during the game, but it seemed like we were running a lot of 2-TE max protect plays.

Yet we weren't "max protecting." If keeping more players in to protect doesn't give you better protection, at least have them run a route and give Tony another option.

How long has the OL been bad in Dallas? I'd say since Quincy was QB'ing for us, its unbelievable how this issue has not been addressed for these many years.

the running game has been non existent for a month now. Romo is pressing to make plays cause we can't run. I can't count the number of times we have ran on first down for zero or one yards. We are then in 2 and 9 or 10 and Romo screws up by trying to make a big play. Bottom line- if you can't run, you can't pass. The bigger problem is how do you fix the O-line. Rivera is a goner but even he can't be responsible for all the problems. Do we let Gurode and Columbo walk. Do we make Kosier a high priced backup? Lots of offseason questions. And oh yeah, fire the o-line coach!

Agreed. The running game is non existent. Are the hosses up front tired? You have to be able to run the ball to win in this league and right now we can't.

Running the ball means clock control..clock control = wins.

Here's to hoping we figure it out by next Saturday.

On the nosey.

Parcells and company have done an awful job with the offensive line.

And let's not forget, this team didn't lost one lineman to injury this year.

Great post!

Hopefully we get actually get an OL coach next year.

What the hell is up with Flo? He used to be a rock. When he went down last year everything stopped. I can't imagine the line taking a step back with him out this year. He's been worse than Colombo most of the time.

He's a microcosim, too. Rivera has been a mistake, Gurode may be "bigger" than Al Johnson but he still gets bullied around and Kosier is hot/cold, although he's actually been okay most of the time.

I guess that's what happens when you bust on guys like Jacob Rogers and Stephen Peterman. Geez, how has our line been this bad for this long? It's something you really have to try at, it seems.
