Cowher is not the answer. You don't know anything about him or his stint in Pitt if you want him in here. Please go do a little research, just because he has a trendy name right now, thanks to the ignorants that can only name 4 other HC canidates, does not make him the right choice.

Who the hell hired Wade? Who stood by Wade after several absolutely pathetic performances last year, especially defensively? Who has had control over draft days for years and refuses to draft O line but trades picks for a WR? Who?

Like I said, it takes a little bit of reasoning and critical thinking, but does not even require a HS diploma to put two and two together.

What more can the GM do but them in place? The coach brings them to a state of leading a division and everyone else supports. At which point are the high priced grown men accountable? What more can Jerry, Wade, Jason, etc do? Get on the field and secure the ball? Tackle a guy properly?

I don't like Jerry at all. I never really have. But this team is not ailing from bush league players. The pieces are in place, but if they really require a daddy figure, they're not going any where. They need to perform. More so than the coaches, more so than the GM. It's their ***** on the field. Not Wade's and not Jerry's.

This game itself is clearly on the players letting everyone else down. They let their coach down, they let their owner/GM down and they let their fans down.

Seriously, the players need to take ownership of this situation. When the same Thing happens continusly it's on the players. I'm tired of hearing about Jerry's to blame or Wade, it's on the PLAYERS!!!!

Right on. The players lost this one. Barber's fumble that resulted in a Giants TD was big. Football is an emotional game and I think this was a momentum changer and Folk's missed FG zapped some momentum as well. The Giants were in hand but our mistakes let them off the mat. I was glad to see the boys continue to fight until the end. If we'd recovered the onside kick who knows what could have happened? But even though mistakes killed us, we still had a chance to pull it out at the end.

And there is a BIG difference between Carroll and Kirk, im not going to explain it to you but the gist is the talent level each has at their school. Kirk may not be the answer but at least I can justify why I pick him, you just pick Cowher because like all the other ignorants you don't know who else you would hire.
