I liked what I saw last night and I think if he keeps progressing that he will be a good QB for many years. My fear is that he starts next year and does well, and then he leaves in FA. We need to get him a long term deal right now.

Lets wait until the kid starts a game in the NFL before we start signing long term contracts. Also, he needs to get his TD/INT ratio in the positive before we put him in the hall next to Troy and Roger.
