Tony D, Charles Hailey, Mike Ditka............they speak the truth.

Gruden and Cowher get it.

Seems like everyone is understanding but the current players and coaches. Also seems we have a bunch of coaches wanting to get back in the NFL interviewing on TV for the job.

Dallas: Where underachieving happens...

If there was any chance Wade was back next year I think we may have found the slogan for the T-Shirts.

Good news is there is ZERO chance Wade is back and hopefully the new coach has more man hood to change things.

Steve Young was also right about Romo, or any QB for that matter.

The QB has to be the leader, and for the most part he can't be a lead by example type. He's got to be vocal, and more importantly, when things go wrong, he stands up and takes the heat.

What'd I miss?

Steve Young. Nice guy. But, he needs to remember he needed a cheating 49ers salary cap team and a 21 point gift by the Cowboys to win a SB. Otherwise, people would be speaking about him as a perennial non-leader who couldn't win the big one because Dallas was the perpetual thorn in his side. So, he needs to just hush about Romo.

:laugh2:

What, you don't like it when Romo gets on the podium with his beret on after the game, and says, "we need to figure this thing out quick!"

That is a true leader if I ever saw one.

This is a few very very few thing that not like of Romo, but he is a GREAT Qb for sure.

And where QBs go to pad their stats.

What QB's are we talking about exactly? Oh yeah, Aikman, Carter, Hutchinson, Leaf, and Bledsoe.
