Ultimately, I'd like to see less chatter coming out of lockerroom. I don't mind the players speaking to the media. I think teams are contractually bound to make players available, so some of them have to talk. There was too much speaking on lockerroom business to the media.

So that's my one thing....Silence

I understand you're wanting that WG, and there are a lot who would agree right now.

But the moment that something goes wrong next year and people won't come right out to the media and call someone out on what they're doing wrong or whatever a vast majority of those now wanting silence will condemn the team for not having enough vocal leaders on this team who rip into people.

Oh I know that. But I've always thought people who thought that a visible, vocal rah-rah guy would be the difference were only half-right.

And truthfully, I'd be inclined to add Wade to that list re: his injury reports. Man, he'd do better saying nothing with all the confusion he creates whenever he speaks on them.
