Like the great Parcells used to say.. "Don't let your highs get to high or your lows get to low."

This team just needs to get back to the basics, work hard, and come out as pissed off as a angry hornets net Sunday.

Dallas is still in the thick of the hunt despite one of the worst performances I have seen from them in a while so I don't think you are in denial. No doubt this team needs to ask themselves if they are giving it the best they have and start playing like they are capable of

The Rays tore it up in spring training, early in the season, mid-season and late season.

Showed alot of heart & scrap from day-1 in spring season, even had a few bench-clearing brawls in PRE-SEASON telling the league they WERE NOT GOING TO BE PUSHED AROUND. Sent a message that took them now to the World Series.

Terrible, terrible analogy.

OTOH the Yankees are a better analogy. Overpaid collection of superstars with no real desire as a team to win.
