We need new leadership at the top. A complete and total cultural gut job.

For years (decades actually) I have defended Jerry and Stephen as being really good owners who were passionate and dedicated to winning, but just flat out misunderstood. I thought they were a lot more hands-off than people claimed just because Jerry was a "give me the mic and let me talk on tv" type owner. I believed they would do anything to bring success and more rings to Dallas. That they were the smartest cap guys in the league and best deal makers who could make a deal anytime they wanted to.

I now think that I was dead wrong.

This team, the culture around this under achieving team has been in place year after year. And they only constants have been the Jones's.

I know he will never sell and quite frankly I never would either, but I now believe it is time for Jerry Jones to step down as GM. And for Stephen Jones to take over as President of Football Operations, a job that is mainly just about being the "cap guy" and powerful in name only, but takes a back seat to running this team to a real GM who knows what the hell he's doing. We need a new voice calling the shots and striving towards a new vision of success.

I can hear some of ya'll saying; "welcome to the party pal, you're a bit late." And you're right. I was a blind homer who thought only the best about my team. But they have ruined my team and turned it into a weak a** laughing stock and it makes me sick to stomach to watch.

The culture must change. And it must change from the top down, or it never will. Go Cowboys!

1) Jerry sells the team
2) They actually hire a competent GM who controls all football decisions

Two will never happen due to Jerrys ego so that leaves option 1

When Jerry takes over from a legit HC, the team always ends up this way. No D.

It's the lack of philosophy. Jerry ignores S and DT prospects to take flashy players. It always leads to getting owned at the LOS.

You're right but don't waste your breath....

The problem is the fans keep putting money in their pocket. You want changes, dont watch and dont buy the merchandise.

History has proven that boycotts never work. The people get tired of it and stop caring.
The Dallas Cowboys will always be the most popular franchise in the NFL.

Flashy players gets this fan base excited. And that lines his wallet. Why would he change.

People talk up Jones as the issue. However he is in this to make money. He is a reflection of the Cowboys fan base.

That is not a way to fix the team. That is a fantasy due to we knowing that it will never happen.

I agree 100 percent but we know Jones aint going nowhere. And even if Jerry disappears. You think Stephen will be any better? I'm hoping Charlotte takes over. I think she would be the only one whose interest would be outside the team and bring in "real" football people. Every year we hear," Oh what a great draft we had". Then the starters get hurt and the 2nd string clowns move in. We go from average to extremely below average after a starter goes down. I'm embarrassed to be a Dallas Cowboy fan. Not per team but organization. This organization SUCKS!! Yet we fans keep propping it up and we wonder why we see the CRAP we see on the field for 22 years! I blame US fans for tolerating it as much as I do Jerry. At least Jerry is laughing all the way to another billion. While we spend our hard earned dollars on merchandise and ticket sales. We deserve what we're getting!

Address interior line play on D....ensure DEs maintain containment...immediately. I saw "Boys DTs get manhandled all day by WFT.

You dont need a true boycott, but people need to stop investing as much as they do in the product. Jerry doesnt need to make any changes, because he is confident they wont

They haven't had a legit coach since Jimmy left.

After Parcells was promised he'd get to pick his team, and Jerry signed TO, no real coach would ever consider being under Jerry.

Cowher, Gruden, etc..... Garrett was a yes man.

Tuna. Built a nice team, Jerry tore it down in about 3 years. He's incapable of seeing what is truly needed.

As a fan of this club it hard to hear the truth but you right, This team is like Jerrys boat or helicopter just another toy to play with. Something you show your friends, Revenue,
a conversation starter for the hot chicks

Talent breeds culture.

"Culture overhaul" has been the Bills mantra since the late 90s. It doesn't matter if you don't have talent.

They hired a new Head Coach and coaching staff.

McCarthy was considered a legit NFL Head Coach.

McCarthy didn't have ties to Jerry (Unlike Garrett, Campo, Switzer).

It takes time for a new coaching staff to make changes and they had the equivalent of about 5 minutes with the players as compared to the time Garrett had. No off-season, no pre-season and a minimal training camp.
