1. Make Murray the centerpiece of the gameplan (25+ rush attempts)
2. Limit Romo's throws to 30 attempts and under
3. 15-18 of Romos passing attempts should be targeted to Dez
4. All 30 or fewer attempts should have Dez as the first option
5. Trade DeNial Ware to a 3-4 team for a draft pick
6. Get Rid of Miles
7. Resign Spencer and move Crawford to DE permanently
8. Target a QB, 2 DT, 1 ILB, 1 Guard, 1 Swing Tackle via draft/FA
9. Restructure Carrs contract
