Other than the development of our young players, IMO this season was thrown away by the front office in the off-season. They either chose to just sit this season out or they are just incompetent. Either way this FO is a joke.

How are the players responding? They know this coaching staff is a goner. And the players act like it. Which was also completely predictable.

I think Jerry has lost it and it has infected the entire team at this point. They know MM is a lame duck. They know when their contracts are up they are probably going to be playing somewhere else unless they are one of Jerry's favorites.

We are looking at full implosion before the year is over.

Anyone that knows team sports will tell you that there are good and bad years. This is a bad year...depth, injuries and the worse one, a lame duck staff. Landry had bad teams, Jimmy's last game as a coach, he lost to jacksonville by close to 70 points. Chit happens...how you respond is what matters, looks ahead and quit worrying about what ifs. Can't change the past, you can learn from it, if you don't get consumed by it.

This team quit in week 2.....It's so obvious

As soon as they saw the defensive rotation along the D-line.....DBs playing off....and getting their ***** just whipped....it was every man for themselves. And it's spread like wildfire ever since. That's a cancer no team needs......and will be hard to get rid of regardless of who the coach will be going forward. This team needs a house cleaning in the worst way.

The QB blaming the scheme.

Players not listening to coaches and going rouge. Lack of discipline shows.

The play designs arenlazy as if coaches are going through the motions

A narrow loss on paper barely kept the team from exploding

MM was a lamb duck from day 1. When you have no input on the roster or coaching staff.

With the same or different coaching staff, same QB and same GM...

These next 4 yrs are gonna be some of the worst yrs of Cowboy football.
May not be 3x 5-11 Campo bad but will definitely be a 3x 8-8 Garrett type squad.

This aint no 1 or 2 year fix. Not with this GM and QB maintaining their positions.
