I keep posting this. But Dak had two games where we were into the 3rd quarter with only 6 points on the board. Rush had one today. Why would we expect Dak to outperform himself compared to those two games, today, against a better opponent than he face on those other days? He might of put more yards up if Philly went into prevent but in all likelihood, there is no evidence that Dak wouldn't have been humiliated just as badly today.

And again, for the slow learners, contract size is important. Rush isnt even a competent back up QB.. and we have holes everywhere bevause we overpaid our QB. Simple math.

The fact we looked so bad today is not evidence Dak is worth it.. it is PROOF why he isnt. A strong squad can cover the loss of one player.. a squad decimated to pay the QB produces garbage.

None of this matters. Our trusted backup QB averaged like 4 yds a throw. This is putrid.

This isn't a Dak problem. This is a GM problem. All of these things you discuss are connected and traceable to two people: Jerry and son. Dak, Rush, salary cap, the OL, the coaches, the DL, the RBs, etc. We can point at individual players all we want, but no player can succeed with the team the Joneses have built.
