McFadden still provides a target out of the backfield but I would prefer Morris being the horse on the ground .

Not sure why McF not receiving more respect after his 2015 season . But Morris's should have been used more last year and provides us more power and scoring ability in Red Zone where McF flounders.

And that might be where we miss Elliott the most is scoring. 15 TD's will be tough to replace but won't need to replace entire season.

I'm really more concerned in Daks downfield passing being stymied than our running game without Elliott. We might need some production from Dak on the ground too.

Me to. McFadden goes down too easily and seem to have lost his speed.

If there is anyone that should be cut its McFadden.
If somehow Zeke's suspsension was reduced to two games, I'd just go with two guys for the first two games and keep another receiver.

I am going to put very little into any results/outcome of the Raiders pre-season game. These teams play each other in the regular season so they will be showing little to nothing on what they plan to do when they face each other for real. The Rams defense went right through the Raiders this past weekend, so if Dallas struggles, we can't get too down. And if they look great, we can't get too up. Same on Dallas D vs. Oakland O. It is arguably the worst team to have a "dress-rehearsal" against.

I pretty much only care about not getting guys hurt, and seeing how/if J. Smith improves now that he's had some snaps in live action.

The "don't show them anything" angle is old and tired. Today, every team has a pile of film on each other, so that doesn't even matter anymore. Perhaps if they played each other Week 1, but otherwise, it means nothing.

This is the only game that is gameplanned in the preseason, and the starters will play for a half or more.

You lost me at elite defensive front. Oakland is in the same boat we are, horrible defense. Both offenses should be able to push each other around fairly easily as Oaklnds Oline is legit. In fact our defense is actually a lot better than there's.
Agreed. The Rams destroyed that defense. Yes those Rams.
