Disagree with your interpretation of all of that, but it doesn't answer the question why you as a fan are embracing it and bringing it into our forum.

I don't need to see our players getting stupid penalties when another team scores. But I'd rather our own fans not glorify Cam's arrogance after the fact as if it were funny.

At the end of the day, it's not that big of a deal, but it's another thing like the "go Commanders" stuff that says a lot about where some of our fans heads are at. I think you've got some stuff really
backwards, but that's just my opinion.

Not glorifying anything, just pointing out how Cam is celebrating and nobody cares. I am not saying any of our players should tackle him, but get in his face and tell him that is not acceptable behavior. The Titan players did this and there was no penalty assessed against them.

And as far as not looking at a picture of him dancing, that is just stupid in my opinion. Case in point, back in high school I played WR and we had a district game one year and we were playing at home. We were playing a team that was pretty good and they had a couple of DTs that were just monsters. They would just blow up our offensive line and then do all types of muscle flex poses, beating their chest like a gorilla, ect......Well they kicked our arse all day long and our coach took video of each of their sacks and made a "sack highlight reel" of them acting like that and showed it to us every day for motivation. Long story short, we played those guys again in the playoffs and even though we lost, those two DTs didn't have one single sack all game.

Do you see the analogy I am making to Cam Newton or do I still have things backwards.

You don't see anyone getting in his face because end zone celebrations have been a part of the NFL for decades. Just like sack dances, etc. rarely does the opposing team challenge it. If you don't like someone dancing in your end zone or sacking your QB. Do something during game play to stop it. Nobody gets in Dez's face after he throws up the X. That celebration is no different or better then an end zone dance. To me,getting in their face after you just let them make a big play on you looks worse than not. Like your story about high school. Watch the film and figure out how to stop the celebrating by stopping the players.
Now, Dancing on the Star? Different story.

We're not the players, so that line of reasoning makes no sense. And here's what you posted:

. . Cam Newton didn't even have to wash his jersey after the game last week, unless he sweated it up dancing.

Then the pic. So, yeah, in my opinion you have it completely backasswards.

Why would you want to bring that junk here? It doesn't make any football point. It just rubs in a bad loss to your fellow fans.

I was using humor to make a point, hence the laughing smiley

I didn't realize all the dudes in here were so sensitive that there feelings would get hurt from a freaking pic

I expected a little higher level of testosterone............my apologies

Think of it this way: I'm not the kind of guy who likes it when people try to dance in my team's end zone. I'm going to call you out on it, and don't misinterpret that for something it's not.

At least have the courage of your own conviction and dont expect us to believe you were trying to be funny. You were reposting a pic of a player dancing in the end zone and belittling the team's effort in the process. Don't act surprised I'd some fans question why you'd do that here. This is a forum for fans of the Dallas Cowboys. I'm not being over sensitive if I don't find a pic of Cam Newton show-boating after beating us badly to be "humorous."

I'm a very rich man...I have like $800.00 in my savings account. But, I would not bet one red cent that the Cowboy will win this game.

I just hope the team does not get embarrassed. Which team, I don't know. If I did make a bet I would not bet on this Cowboys team...the odds are just to great. I think Washington has a really good chance to win the division.

IMO...the Cowboys are just in it for the ride ...
