David Blough will be their starting QB. Absolutely no chance they beat the 49ers.

This morning I saw ESPN Analytics said there is only a 2% chance of it happening.
The Cowboys lost any real chance of getting the #1 seed by not showing up week one and losing the OT games at GB and JAX.
In other words, it's their own fault.
Are we all kind of ignoring how realistic this actually is?
I’m trying to not get my hopes up but even if Hurts plays there is no guarantee he can even move the offense with a banged up shoulder.
The Giants are a better team than the Saints so if Minshew plays again then I fully expect NYG to win that game.
Dallas needs this and having home field and rested players is everything.
Heck I wouldn’t mind if they reschedule Buffalo and Cincy and delay the playoffs by a week but I doubt they’d do that with so many people already making playoff travel plans.
What rest are they getting,?
They get no bye.
Thanks, John
Yes, I believe that's what he meant as well.maybe he meant they wont play starters this last game?....that is what i hope we do.....home field in reality has not been a major advantage for us....plus we do better backs against the wall....i dont care what our seed is or who we play.......its BEATDOWN TIME
The Giants will play starters a series or two and sit them.
Big Dog i know in one sense you are like me....you want to play Brady in Tampa...he has never lost to cowboys entire career....he lost his marriage cause he just had to play one more season....now lets send
him home alone and last game ever played Loser.....he is still the GOAT but even GOAT's get spankings
I would agree the 20% sounds closer to reality if the Giants needed to win this game. I think their model is somehow factoring in the likelihood that they will not play any key starters. It is higher than 2%. They are using a terrible statistical model if they come up with 2% at this point in time.
It's about 20%. Higher if Hurts does not play the entire game.

I agree with this.having home field advantage doesnt mean everything. We have found that out first hand. Its being healthy that matters. Who cares if we have the #1 seed if we cant field a legitimate defense or Oline? Personally I think this pipe dream of going for the #1 seed has been a big mistake. It will be our downfall in the first game.
Clearly Jerry is thinking of nothing but dollars getting a home game. Cowboys had the unheard of opportunity to rest their players for 3 games before the playoffs and they have blown it. With more and more key guys getting injured with every passing game.
I agree with this.
I believe the 5 is the best route for us. We get Tampa, New York upsets Minnesota.
Dallas / SF
New York / Philly in round two.
The hottest team in the league and winners of 9 in a row (49ers) would have to lose to the murray-less Cards tooAre we all kind of ignoring how realistic this actually is?

Giants not needing to win and needing the 49ers to lose is what brought it down to 2%. But even if the Giants needed to win, it's not going up to 20%. If you bet the Giants and Cardinals this week straight up, you're getting a lot higher odds than 5-1. Even if the Giants played all of their starters.I would agree the 20% sounds closer to reality if the Giants needed to win this game. I think their model is somehow factoring in the likelihood that they will not play any key starters.
If they are not going to play any starters, then the Cowboys chances is certainly well below 20%
I agree with you. But with the #1 seed, it's one less game. But yeah, too many injuries and none of it matters.having home field advantage doesnt mean everything. We have found that out first hand. Its being healthy that matters. Who cares if we have the #1 seed if we cant field a legitimate defense or Oline? Personally I think this pipe dream of going for the #1 seed has been a big mistake. Or Maybe if Dak Prescott played the Eagles both Games we wouldn't have this problem..This morning I saw ESPN Analytics said there is only a 2% chance of it happening.

It’s a meaningless game for the Giants, even if they play their starters it would only be a series or 2 tops. The format the NFL was looking at was to have the NFC playoffs remain on their normal schedule along with the the Bengal/Bills game on that opening weekend. Are we all kind of ignoring how realistic this actually is?
