The Problem Is Coaching

The problem is TO? - What did he exactly do except tell it as it is

The problem is Romo? - What did he do but follow certain play calls in games and brake a pinky, out for 4 weeks and want back in?

The problem is Jerry? - Because he signed 13 pro bowlers?

The problem is the "hollywood circus" - It's the media that make it like that.

The problem is the coaching - Look at Wade's track record. He can't win as a HC. DC yes, it showed when he took over defensive calls, sorry, but the firing of Brian Stewart just showed that he was wearing headphones and nothing else the last half of the season. Jason Garret had a good 1st season as OC, but couldn't answer when defenses and DC figured him out. Sorry but TO is a game changer, if he was drafted here he would be more compared to Irvin, less of who he is now. Hype and media is killing this team. We do need a new head coach and staff, and need it now. Does anyone know what the record is in how late or early in the offseason a firing of a coach has been recorded. I'm still wondering why we don't have a new DC. Hopefully Jerry is talking to Holmgren, Shanahan, Cowher or whoever to see what it takes to come here. Wade is not the answer neither is our staff. The problem is not TO either. He wants the ball, he's a future HOF'er, he knows how good he is and just wants to be better, he wants that ring, yet not everyone on the team has that same drive... Look at the coaching...

The coaching problems are numerous. I just don't see how we can go into next season thinking this staff will co-exist and produce successful results.

Wade's a pansie.

JG is Jerry's alleged HC in waiting.

Wade hates JG because JG lives in Wade's blind spot.

Still no DC.

No structure and true leadership at the HC position.

Wade's idea of "change" is one less twinkie per day.

Here! Here! We'll have to wait until mid-season, at the earliest, to see if Jerry will agree. Great talent alone cannot make it to the promise land. It must be lead by great leaders. With that said, I still can't wait to see the boys take the field!

I do think the schemes are an issue on both sides of the ball.

I don't know about coaching being the issue. Bill Parcells is a legendary head coach, and this team was error-prone under him.

Ray Sherman is a tremendous receivers coach, but the receivers apparently exhibit less-than-stellar route running.

Hudson Houck coached our legendary offensive lines in the mid-90's. He's been successful everywhere since...but our line was possibly our most under performing unit last season.

Dave Campo was thought of as a great secondary coach when he was here.

I think we need to make an honest assessment of which players played well, which players CAN play well if they fix some things, and which players just aren't good enough.

I don't think any coach is going to get the current group where they need to go.

Something you mentioned about the hiring a another defensive coordinator got me to thinking. If Jerry picks and hires the next DC, we will never win under Jerry, point blank.

Wade should be picking his OWN DC.

They'll probably just promote Campo

Why? Wade is going to be gone soon anyway.
