I cannot tell if he is a diva but so far cannot say I like his body language.

He should have held the ball tight instead of hanging it out like a piece of fruit... SMH

Yeah, but Ware offsides penalty killed any chance of us getting points out of that drive.

It did but if we score and then the defense goes out there's no telling how it would have went. Plenty of mistakes contributed to losing.

Blame the rookie-so easy AND lame. How about the lack of a pass rush...or the latest sub-100 yard rushing game. Unless & until this team can run the ball more than 100 yds. per game, and/or create more pressure on the opposing QB, it will lose at least as many as it wins-period. We have good running backs, so the answer to running better is drafting quality interior linemen early in the draft. Same with pass rushers to create more pressure. They drafted a combined ONE of the above players this past draft, including UDFAs. Won't get it done--period. Without the miracle that is George Selvie, this team would be hurting even worse.

His hands are too small.

This was one of the knocks on him coming out of college, and this was the sole reason why he fell to round 3 of the draft. Small hands are a glaring weakness for players at the WR position; his fumble today should be enough proof as to why...

I think he's just making rookie mistakes....

No, the problem with him is that he is a rookie and he is too amped up and overwhelmed--yet the coaching staff insists on using him in the red zone where he has made colossal mistakes twice so far. Thats the problem with him.

He made a rookie mistake trying to score. I will give him a pass.

No that is not a rookie mistake. Just because he's a rookie doesn't mean when you do ignorant things they're rookie mistakes. Its not the first year he's played WR. Hell just last year I'm guessing he was considered a leader who other players look too. I'm guessing even kids in college know that when you're 3 yards from the endzone you don't stretch the ball out with one hand. That's called stupidity.

I feel like the coaching staff is forcing the issue with Williams. They must be really high on him but I have not been that impressed with him. Bad route adjustments, drops and now this fumble.

Rather get the rookie mistakes out now than later! The guy is getting open a lot. Should be solid 2nd half of the season.

Knew he had small hands just by watching all his body catches at Baylor.

I guess the scouting department didn't bother to look at his film and just said "ZOMG STATS" without seeing he can't catch the ball like a natural WR.

yeah, lets get his mistakes out of the way now...so when we're 5-9, he is playing at a pro bowl level.
I'm just kidding with you as I know what you mean...but the kid really screwed up and I put it on the coaching staff. He has shown that he isnt ready. He should be spoon-fed during his rookie year and should be getting playing time late in 4th quarters of obvious wins or losses. And he certainly should not be played in the red zone. Dallas has enough problems putting up points, we cant have a rookie screwing things up...like he has twice now.

He shouldn't have reached the ball out that way. It's not like he was 6 inches away from the goal line and a touchdown - he was much further away.

We're going to have to keep playing Williams because we don't have anyone else to play outside, and that includes Harris, IMO. There were plenty of mistakes made by the Cowboys today, although Williams' fumble was clearly the most visible. I think Ware's offsides was probably a more egregious mistake, as was RHG's decision to go for a long FG.
