Jerry has exactly what he wants right now. A team with talent with a figurehead head coach that he can tell what to do.

Parcells will clean out the hard-liners who can think for themselves and we'll be left with Jerry's kids.

The players and coaches came up small today and next year will not be any better if we keep the current Wade Phillips regime in here.
