He might end up a good coordinator, but the issue is the media and fans turned him into more of a Warlock than a Defensive Coordinator.

They truth they ignored is that is he unproven and inexperienced running a defense

For god's sake, only 3 returning starters, new system, there will be bumps and growth. We may not even have everyone we need (Hint, cough EDGE, LB, hint, cough). Not his fault that people love to eat the cheese on Cowboys. The key is do they get better? We've seen this before, and in instances like last year there was a brief swell after the Q trade and we faced some crappy offenses, but they never did seem to get any rhythm with Eberpuss.

We need a real GM and I prefer an experienced Top 5 coaching staff, instead we have to rely on hope like we did with JG for 10 years. We look like another 8-8, 9-7 team, top 5 offense, bottom 25-30 defense

I mean that’s with everyone. Daronte Jones and Jim Leonard both had hype and have performed as bad or worse. This is just part of his path.

Mind you this same fanbase crapped on Kellen Moore and he’s a SB champion and probably front runner for
Coach of the year right now.

Remember last week Dart had a field day with RECEIVERS WIDE OPEN? Well, we at least cleaned that up a bit, which is why Daniels had so many rushing yards. We had plenty of pressure as well; we just need to finish. Yes, we still have a long way to go but there WERE signs of improvement. Communication and energy were way better than in the first game.
