From what I saw on the prediction thread, most on this board were picking the Cowboys to beat NE, even while knowing that Brandon Weeden was starting. Injuries are not an excuse if you're still predicting W's before the game.

Yes this is true however Indy has won 2 games with MH and The bills have won with career backup Taylor. The cards won with career backups last year as well. There is more to why this team is losing outside of Romo/Bryant.

1. Thinking WEdone is more then what he is a Loser
2. Believing that Twill would ever be a #1
3. RBBC and believing Randle was a starter in this league
4. Coaching adjustments and the lack of working outside of the comfortzone
5. Afraid of lineup changes I.E. Wedone and CM
6. Lack of agression from the coaching staff and QBs

While this is true.. When we don't have these guys it really lifts up the curtain on what Dallas really has with these coaches.

The rest of this team is good enough to win a few games without Romo.

I think all of us thought it was reasonable to win 2 or 3 games without Romo.




Right now the Cowboys are being forced to play chess against teams and we don't even know where to begin.

right now I think we miss Dez more than anything else. right now defenses are stacking the box. doubling Witten and daring our crappy WRs to beat them one on one, and none of them had. for Gawd's sake we had lucky White head active as 4th WR on game day. an UDFA, undersized, slot WR at best. you can't run an offense with this group. this is JV WRs running around out there.

The difference is the expectations are lower in those cities. Especially QB play. When you have been a toxic wasteland as it pertains to QBs you can let loose the reigns, when you are considered a "contender" you try and keep the ship even keel until the studs comeback.
