Sorry guys. Too many drinks. Don’t mean to be confrontational

but I’ll just say this and then I will drop the issue:

It’s entirely possible that the refs screwed us hu missing and obvious call

AND

the cowboys made too many mistakes and cost themselves opportunities with those mistakes.

That 1 call screwed us. That was clearly offensive pass interference!

Oooh, they can call semi-holds on Tyron and Connor at the end, but they refused to call the clear push off by the Tampa WR on 3rd and long that enabled them to get the ball inside FG territory with seconds left in the game?

That's cheating! Plain and simple. Those crooked refs, the NFL front office and Goodell have been doing this crap to help Tom Brady for the past 20 years.

not denying the fact that some of the calls at the end where chickenshat but if you handle your business it won't come down to that.

I said it well before tonight and I'll say it again: there's no shame in losing to Tampa Bay.

In fact, I'm proud of the way this team managed to turn themselves around like they did.

4 and they still gave up 31
Its Tom Brady and maybe the best receiving corps in Football

I keep hearing Tampa is the best defense in football. They gave up 29 . . . do they suck.

They were able to stifle Dak in the red zone . . .maybe that was the difference

The Cowboys making mistakes and the missed OPI have nothing to do with each other. You guys are rationalizing a loss, fine, but it has nothing to do with the OP’s point. Despite all that we still could’ve held them from scoring at the end if the call was made correctly. You don’t have to play perfect games to win.

The OPI didn’t cost you the game, it was ugly but it was a second down play. Brady was killing it that drive, he saw third down once before the throwaways at the end.
I wish there was a word for a fan of a rival jumping into post game threads after a loss to poopoo on a team with terribly biased takes. We should come up with one. Rolling maybe? Tolling? Something like that

The OPI wasn’t nearly as egregious as the face mask they gifted you earlier

Yeah I'm not gonna get too livid over the officials. I feel like they'd have called that against us but overall it's was a balanced game. We let Brady have the ball one time too many.

Call two holding against us.

Call no OPI on a clear call.

Remember Gallup last year.

I don’t want to hear ANY EXCUSES for the refs.

they just screwed us.
Don't be that guy. The better team won. Just take the loss and move on. Don't be a bad loser.

Bucs had 11 penalties for 106 yards compared to 8 for 55 yards for us.

Could have an OPI been called? Sure, but that wasn’t an egregious one IMO.

When you throw a back shoulder pass like that you almost always have contact like that which refs usually let slide.

I felt worse about last year’s call against Gallup than this non-call.

Im not poopooing on Dallas, your agenda isn’t quite on point. Dallas looked really good

"Offensive PI" is trending on twitter, so we aren't the only ones who have a problem with the Refs missing a big call in a big moment. The NFL really "hurt" themselves tonight in a way, as they could have had everybody talk about how good of a opening game this was between Brady and Dak. But, now some of the focus will be on the missed OPI call.

The uncalled OPI? The game was in Tampa and the Bucs are defending NFL champs. What did you think would happen?

Nobody has blinders on. The refs did in fact miss a blatant call. You’re too obtuse to be able to admit that yes the cowboys made mistakes and the refs screwed us too.

both can be and are true.
And how many points did the kicker miss?

Yup! THis! 2 years in a row of this! I'd LOVE to hear an explanation of how this was not an OPI.

You’re right. The refs should just continue to be incompetent and nobody should say anything about it.
They missed a call. It should have never come to that. Get over it. You make mistakes too so stop casting stones.
