I doubt it. Unless he had a knock you socks off workout he will be a UDFA to the Cowboys. Maybe he will have a high enough draft grade he could sneak into day 3. I'd rather take a chance on a DL or OL prospect.

Every year it seems they'll add a FB and they never seem to stick on the roster. I guess maybe if he is a special teams ace it might happen this year, but H-Back just seems a more versatile guy to keep when you only get so many game day roster spots

TBH unless a Tight End is Kelce, Kittle or Pitts then they need to double as fullbacks..as if im building a team the tight end has fullback duties unless said tight end functions as a number 1 receiver then the back up will fill in that role when FB is needed

Position flex is key for the FBs unless they are the few that are elite. Saw on some of the clips he was a TE. But at his size in the pros not sure if he can pull it off.

Dallas under McCarthy seems to bring one at least to camp. Last year was Nall and the truck pulling one, but Nall got injured and they cut the other one early on.

With McKeon being the new TE/H-back, it would be hard for a pure FB to win a spot unless he is a really good blocker/could offer some skill out of the backfield.

I think they’d have to be a Great blocker because that’s what they should be asking most of the position. And no slight to McKeon, but he’s not great there.

I don't know. Most TEs are taller than a FB. I think you want that shorter bulldozer like frame for your FB to open up holes in the middle.

If you are going to have a FB youve got to use him more than 2 or 3 plays a game. Personally i think you take a backup guard and cross train him as a blocking TE and FB work.

I want more of a RB/FB to pair with Pollard. A guy who is a threat on his own to run, but can still give decent blocking. We drafted a Bo Somebody years ago. Big guy who could run straight ahead.

If we just want a bludgeon for short yardage, bring in an olineman.
