That's sorely needed. I think Jerry realized back in 94 that he needed help this parcells. But after a couple of years Jerry couldn't help himself and started meddling. With some regular season success he has had lately he doesn't think there are issues and thinks we are close and he is selling that. We need a few bad seasons in a row for him to feel desperate enough to give up some control.

That’s the discipline mindset. I actually had a quick conversation with Bill Parcells and Drew Bledsoe, his rookie season. He was mad at me for not having a sharpie to sign my football card. Lol Bill doesn’t say much he just looks and smiles or grins or pucker his lip.
