That's sorely needed. I think Jerry realized back in 94 that he needed help this parcells. But after a couple of years Jerry couldn't help himself and started meddling. With some regular season success he has had lately he doesn't think there are issues and thinks we are close and he is selling that. We need a few bad seasons in a row for him to feel desperate enough to give up some control.

Peterson sounds great specially if he can instill new culture except I am not sure Jerry would allow for that.

Jerry realized nothing about discipline etc at that time. Jerry needed a big and respected name to sell the new stadium and PSLs to stupid Cowboys fans and it worked
