This is an area I actually think Dallas has been ahead of the curve on. It almost gets to the point when another team in our division drafts an undersized defensive player that I get a smile on my face. Even if that guy is a very good player, I just picture how he feels after being attacked in our run game for four quarters.

It's partly why Alabama dominates college football. While everybody else is spreading out the field and going uptempo, Alabama recruits to beat the living hell out of you. They face undersized defenses built for the spread game that can't hold up for four quarters.

Likewise, they smother spread offenses most of the time with sheer brute strength.
