Yes, Dallas is not entirely un-creative on offense...at least not in their blocking schemes.

Thanks, great read and looking at the way those blocking schemes were set up arrows being used as a tutorial was great.

"It means the Cowboys’ playbook is varied and creative. And, much to Gibbs’s chagrin, it means they frequently pull linemen..."

"...The Cowboys’ versatility makes them very hard to game plan for (you have to prepare for a lot of different looks), and even harder to predict (their different looks play off of opponents’ in-game adjustments)."
Wait, what?

After two preseason games, everyone is back on the dang bandwagon?

Yes.

I keep reminding myself that it's only PS and that PS does not matter other than for evaluating individual players. But seeing a young QB play well makes it pretty hard to not get a bit excited about the potential. Even though I know better.

That explains the offensive line, and this denotes the people taking advantage of those lanes...

Also, there’s this: Elliott and Morris fit Jason Garrett’s offensive scheme. In fact, as much if not more so than any draft pick and free-agent signing since he became the head coach, Garrett was vocal about these two players. For him and offensive coordinator Scott Linehan to run their ideal offense, even a more dominant version of 2014, this duo was the answer. At this point, I even think they have a chance to become the sixth pair of running backs in NFL history to each rush for 1,000 yards on the same team in the same season.

I'm not taking sides here, but to be fair, I don't think even the most negative fans have questioned the offensive playbook or scheme itself. I think it's been more of the play calling that has come under fire.

That toss sweep with Tyron running down the field is a thing of beauty. What an athlete. Just stop watching right before McFadden fumbles before walking into the endzone.

Dallas will need to make a lot of big plays in the passing game, but I love that defenses will be going to sleep at night trying to find a way to stop the running game.

Wait, what?

Wait but the zone told me that our play calling is predictable and everyone knows our plays before we do and that our game plan is vanilla....

I just love the direction this team is headed and the style of football they are trying to play. I don't care if you think our front office/owner/coaches suck, if you simply look at JG's philosophies I think they're great.

Nice read and film to back it up.
A lot of times it comes back to Player vs Player.
