Exactly I wonder what happens more often an NFL team being shuout or a no hitter?

The problem on those plays is the Cowboys are so aggressive they often get caught over-pursuing. I saw Sam Williams and LVE get caught up inside instead of containing the edge like they are supposed to. I was a little surprised at Williams because he was pretty good at that last year. You have to like how they fly around, but that will cause them to be out of position from time to time.

But it is one game so let's wait and see. I saw a few things to be a little concerned about but how can you quibble with a 40-0 win?

It looks like this defense still wins and loses with pass rush and turnovers.

On the giants first drive they ran right at us and Danny was killing us with the read option. The defense was playing ahead after that and the giants went away from it. I still feel shakey if we play the Eagles and hurts is killing us in the run game again.

Obviously, NFL shutouts were way more common decades ago. Just looking at recent history...

In the decade from 2013-2022, there were 53 NFL shutouts.
In the same decade, there were 39 MLB no-hitters.
So it's on the same order these days.
