Ravens are winning tonight's game thanks to gutty defense and all they have to do is stop Pittsburgh one last time. Did they do it? No. Yesterday, Denver amassed a 28-0 lead and KNEW that Philly would have to pass pass pass to get back in the game. Knowing this, did they stop them? No. In a blink of an eye it was 28-21. It happens.

It happened twice in one season, in a game in which we dominated and miss many opportunities to put them away.

I understand "it happens", but regardless it's hard to just brush off.

I was mainly addressing league-wide defensive lapses. Why Baltimore was celebrating with THREE minutes left was mystifying.

Pittsburgh and Baltimore was a back and forth game, in fact Pittsburgh was ahead for most of it. Totally different from the Washington and Seattle games.

Oh, no doubt on that one. A few big plays and all of a sudden you're in field goal range. I think we have alot to look forward to during the 2nd half of the season, I'm just not sure if my heart can take another loss like the Commanders and Seahawks games.

Even if they have had poor offensive showing, if the game is close any NFL team can hit on a few plays at the end of the game to get in field goal range or even to have a reasonable shot at a TD. Dallas did it against the Raiders. Seattle and the Giants did against Dallas. It happens all the time.

Didn't the Ravens kicker bounce a FG off the upright? Giving the Steelers the win. If he had made that FG probably would have been a differnt Outcome. Why can't we get lucky like that?
