They were a joke this year at 2-4, now they are 6-5. What gives?

They're essentially the same team they were last year. Anyone thinking this was really a 2-4 team was fooling themselves. With Rawls coming in and taking over for Lynch, they are actually much better on offense. They get timely contributions from everyone on both sides of the ball.

They're immensely talented, but I genuinely believe they're the best coaches team in the league, top to bottom.

Week 7 - Seattle 20 SF 3
Week 8 - Seattle 13 Dallas 12
Week 10 - ARZ 39 Seattle 32
Week 11 - SF 13 Seattle 29
Week 12 - PIT 30 Seattle 39
Week 13 - Seattle 38 MIN 7

Teams get on hot (or cold) streaks all the time. They have a talented roster, overall, though. Look to be maybe starting to peak at the right time of year, too.

At the very least, week 12 and especially this past week are pretty impressive wins against above .500 teams. The Minnesota game was a strangulation, would have been a shutout if not a special teams play.

they are my pick to be in the championship game again this year they are one of the most well coached teams in the league.

They're getting hot. At the pace they're winning and the Packers are losing, the Seahawks will probably draw the winner of the NFC East in the 1st round. They should be well rested by the time they play the Cardinals in the 2nd round.

Edit: Correction. They'd play the Panthers in the 2nd round given they'd be the winner of the 4/5 seed game.

When the entire conference essentially sucks, that helps. Take a look at Carolinas schedule as well. It's a joke.

I'm not taking anything away from them. There are some quality wins on their ledger and I think they're starting to peak at just the right time. I was personally ready to throw dirt on them at one point, but it looked like Lynch getting hurt was the best thing that could have happened to them. It woke up their entire offense, especially Russell Wilson.

I think they'll be a tough opponent from here on out and I expect the, to be in the hunt in the playoffs.
