Roger Goodell forces Zeke to make an admission against his interest to avoid a suspension. Now the kid has "proof" (the apology) that Zeke is guilty.

Should be misdemeanor assault, which will be a fine. Unless some kind of new information emerged, there's really no reason for the league to change its ruling.

I do think it's funny that the security guard is blaming the league for "sweeping this under the rug," when the league did more about this in calling Zeke in than it does about many more serious offenses.

My sincere hope is that the prosecutor's office decides to not press charges. The kid flip flopping regarding pressing charges makes him a shaky witness at best IMHO. There may be enough there via the video but this is a misdemeanor charge if I'm not mistaken and may not be worth the State's time.

We shall see.
