Put the ball in the hands of your best players. It seems simple, doesn't it? However, coaches get caught up in who is supposed to be the leader of the offense, who has the big contracts, etc. See the Seahawks in the Super Bowl against the Patriots. They wanted Russell Wilson to be the MVP and lost the Super Bowl.


Tony Pollard is the best offensive player on the team. The change in QBs has led to more opportunities for Pollard.

Stick with the winning formula regardless of who is QB. Keep the wins coming.

I think Moore finally called a game that made some sense. No trick plays. Rush had maybe 15 throws. When you can't block the DL, you run at them. I like this defense/ run attack combo. THAT kind of football can make a difference in January. Dak isn't going to throw us into the super bowl.
