We would have all like to see a win and the division wrapped up today, but it didn't happen. And I realize that the Skins and Eagles both won today, increasing their chances of catching us. But this shouldn't have been all that unexpected.

The Colts are a good team, playing for their playoff lives. They acted like it. We were a team that didn't need this win and we also looked like it. Inthe NFL teams that desperately need to win usually win. Thank goodness that didn't apply to the Eagles last week.

We had won 5 in a row. That's tough sledding in the NFL. I'm not really sorry that the streak is over. It gives the coaches something to work with to get the players to the next level. Better to lose now than in the playoffs.

What I hated most about the loss is failing to score ANY points. But it should snap the Cowboys back to reality that they have work to do.

The Cowboys team came out mostly flat today, but they have been playing "must win" games for the prior 5 weeks. That's a pretty significant emotional burden to carry. This is the first week that they haven't had a must win game and they let down.

We need to get some OL back soon. Sua FILO getting hurt was a big loss. Tyron isn't Tyron anymore. We have to get the OL healthy for the playoff run. I don't care if we have to back into the playoffs at 8 and 8 withan Eagles loss and a Commanders loss, that's critical to this team going down the stretch.

I can't take these coaches anymore. Unless it came from the front office to take it easy today, I'm done.

Yeah, I doubt that was Jerry's mandate. Linehan still needs to go.

Imagine this: We lose to the Bucs and Giants, Philly wins division and Garrett still keeps his job. Ultimate nightmare.
Any scenario with Garrett still here is a nightmare. All the talent in the world can’t get him beyond the divisional round, the better coached teams won’t allow it.

If Garrett can survive the biggest choke job in franchise history, going 0-3 and blowing the division needing only a single win...….I'm done

If he can survive an epic choke like this, then there is nothing that will ever cause him to get fired. He is literally on a lifetime contract.

I just dont see how Jerry can sell an extension to the fan base if we blow this and lose the division with a 99% probability of winning..WOW

Yes it is. https://sports.yahoo.com/theres-one...IKit.activity.CopyToPasteboard&.tsrc=newsroom

I haven't been in the zone much lately, but I was surprised how many folks thought Dallas would beat the Colts with them fighting for a spot, Dallas almost guaranteed theirs and getting adored in the press all week. It was a classic case of a Garrett team believing their hype and getting punched in the mouth for it.

These notions that Garret is on some kind of hotseat are unfounded and largely started by media with zero inside information. The sad fact is that there doesn't seem to be a level of excellence that garret has to maintain to keep his job. He's the HC of the Dallas Cowboys b/c Jerry is too old and lazy to go through another coaching transition.

We will not get into the playoffs. Eagles are winning out and we will be beaten badly by the Bucs, and Eli Manning, yes Eli, will beat us in NY. 8-8 is coming and coming fast.

Maybe then Garrett will get fired?

It is a pattern at this point. The offense was terrible vs the Saints, terrible for 3 quarters vs the Eagles and shut out vs the Colts.
