There is a lot of malcontent around.
Let's all look at what appears to have happened.
Some of you guys prefer to hash out individual players and dissect and copy/paste stats to make your points.
I prefer to start at the top..the HC and his staff.
McCarthy has been given the keys to Jerrah's cash cow.
So far they have to keep pulling it out of the ditch every week.
McCarthy was right when he proclaimed "the honeymoon is over". a couple of games back.
As Parcell's once said..
"If you expect me to cook the meal..at least let me do the shopping".
Parcels also said "you are what your record says you are."
1-3 and heading for the Jints and possibly 1-4.
McCarthy has had complete control since Day 1. The only thing so far he has contributed is finding Aldon Smith.
Oh..and using white t-shirts to cover numbers in the Blue/white scrimmage. That's it.
We were so desperate to get rid of Garrett we did not look at all of the possibilities.
This staff he has assembled are all like Nolan. Coaches who were languishing at jobs on other teams most of whom could not get hired for a college team.
It's obvious they are McCarthy's cronies and pool shooting buddies. Not one hire was considered as a top position coach on their former teams.
So what we have is a group of once good coaches that are getting Jerrah's cash and stashing it away
for retirement.
McCarthy needs a good come to Jesus meeting with the Jones around midnight tonite.
They need to lay their cards down and talk about what they are seeing and what to do going forward.
Otherwise..the fan base is going to be coming with pitch forks and torches to the next home game.
You watch..there will be signs on the lower bowl demanding "McCarthy go home".
Not a pretty picture.
