The Super Bowl Hype

I'm leaning towards just the game. I can't believe I am saying that.

No hype what so ever. Game is doubtfull, wife refuses to watch after loosing to NY.

Thank god this scenario is not possible in the nhl or nba.

I won't watch ANY sports TV for the next two weeks. Then I'll watch the game and stay away from TV for a few days till the hype dies down. By the middle of Feb. hopefully the FA and draft talk will heat up.

So I doubt I watch the Super Bowl, exspecially since I want both teams to lose.

I mean its whats gonna be all over NFLN and ESPN this was exactly the reason I wanted the Giants to lose, I already dislike the team and it will aggrivate me watching all the Media Day coverage and such.

We used to have SB parties in my old town, but since i moved to the Black Hills i don't do anything. Probably go to a sports bar for some chow and watch the game. I should get SOME enjoyment out of that. Besides, i like to fly the Cowboys colors on that day even if several people will make smart A comments.

This is setting up to be the most underwhelming Super Bowl in recent memory.

Maybe since that Baltimore/NY game a few years back.

That's why i got into the draft back in 1987. The season never ends when your a draftnik.
